Cyprus weather in November

In November the weather in Cyprus is mild autumn weather with quite many sunny days and daytime temperatures of 20-30 °C at the coastal areas.

November is the time to experience the unique climate of Cyprus. In a less than 80 km drive you can go from the sunny coasts to the cold mountains of Troodos.

Generally: Sunny with a few rainy days.
Day Temperature: 20-30 °C
Night Temperature: 10-20 °C
Sun: 23-24 sunny days.
Rain: 3-4 rainy days. Rains for a few hours.
Clouds: 3-4 cloudy days.
Swimming: Water temperature 20-24 °C

2. Cyprus temperature in November

At the coasts of Cyprus the temperature is 20-30 °C during day time and 10-20 °C at night. The weather at Troodos mountains is a bit colder with temperatures of 5-20 °C during daytime and 0-15 at night time. The sun sets at 17:30.

3. What clothes to wear in November

You will mostly use your Summer if you are staying at the coastal areas (Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Ayia Napa) and Autumn clothes is your are at the village of Troodos or around Troodos mountain. At day time you can wear shorts, T-shirt, light dresses. You should also have a sweater and a pair of pants for the night or in case the weather turns a bit cooler than normal. 4. Sleeping at night

For sleeping you do not need to use the A/C or have the windows open. The room temperature is comfortable and a piece of sheet is enough. Mosquitoes will not bother you in November.

5. Going to the beach

The sea water temperature depends on your destination. In the south coasts of Limassol, Larnaca and Ayia Napa the waters are shallower and warmer with temperatures of 22-24 °C in November. The west cost of Paphos and northern coasts of Latchi have colder waters with temperatures of 20-22 °C in November.

6. Things to do in November

November is perfect for countryside excursions especially inland to villages and vineyards for wine tasting. Do not miss the opportunity to go and see the Troodos mountains where leaves change colors to gold and crimson making a stunning contrast against the bright blue skies. Sunbathing and swimming can still be enjoyed in early November but might be not as comfortable as in early autumn or summer. November is also a good time for most outdoor sports.

Summer activities on the beach are also good in November. Sun is still hot and water is warm so you can keep sunbathing and swimming. Water parks are closed in November. You can plan your excursions around the island at any time of the day since heat is not an issue in November.
